ESC consultants have been the top corporate officers of many Fortune 500 companies, as well as having run their own consulting firms and professional practices in such fields as law, accounting, and finance.  As ESC volunteers, they give their time and talents with the same enthusiasm, attention to detail, integrity, and commitment that they gave and, in some cases, continue to give, during their corporate and professional lives. 

On average, each of our consultants has over 21 years of experience on nonprofit boards, and some have served as nonprofit executive directors.  This vast nonprofit experience, coupled with additional training that each consultant is required to complete, assures that each one understands the needs and challenges facing nonprofits today.
